1 pound chicken tenders

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

 

One teaspoon of garlic powder

One teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Two eggs, beaten

1 cup panko bread crumbs

Instructions:

Mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.

In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.

Place the panko bread crumbs in a third shallow dish.

Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, eggs, and panko bread crumbs.

Preheat your Instant Vortex Air Fryer to 400°F.

Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them.

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Two eggs, beaten

1 1/2 cups shredded coconut

Cooking spray

Instructions:

Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.

Place the flour in a shallow dish and the beaten eggs in another shallow dish.

In a third shallow dish, place the shredded coconut.

Dip each shrimp into the flour, then eggs, and finally coat with shredded coconut.

One egg

One teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.

Combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
